ATEX Logo European Union ATEX (94/9/EC)
The ATEX Directives require employers to classify where hazardous explosive atmosphere can occur and equipment used in potentially explosive environments. Mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as protective systems, must comply with the ATEX (ATmospheres EXplosibles) Directive. ATEX certification allows the CE and Ex marks. (Certification #FM13ATEXQ0035, #KEMA09ATEX0084)
CCC Logo China CCC
The China Compulsory Certificate (CCC) mark issued by the China Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA) is a compulsory safety mark for both domestically manufactured products and products imported, sold, or used in the Chinese market.
CE Logo European Union CE
A valid CE mark affixed to a product indicates that it complies with the relevant European Union product safety directives.
CRN Logo Canada CRN
The Canadian Registration Number is issued by each Canadian province or territory. It covers pressure vessels, fittings, or pressure piping. It is a necessary authorization allowing these components to be in operation in Canada.
CSA Logo Canada and the United States CSA
CSA certification indicates that a product, process or service has been tested to a Canadian or U.S. standard and it meets the requirements of an applicable Canadian Standards Association (CSA) standard or another recognized document used as a basis for certification. It provides an increased assurance of quality and safety. In the U.S., CSA International is accredited by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA). (Certificate #2074191)
EMC Logo European Union EMC
The Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive applies to all electronic or electrical products liable to cause or be disturbed by electromagnetic interference (EMI). Compliance allows a manufacturer to use the CE marking.
EPA Logo United States Environmental Protection Agency
Kurz meets the certification requirements for: Greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting (CFR Title 40, Part 98.34 (c) and Relative accuracy and zero‐span drift check (CFR Title 40, Part 75)
GOST Logo Russian Federation GOST
Technical standards are maintained by the Euro‐Asian Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (EASC). GOST standards are regional, and GOST R standards are national.
HART Logo International HART
The Hart Protocol is a global standard for bidirectional (sending and receiving) digital communication between smart devices/field instruments and control or monitoring host system (such as a technician's hand‐held device or laptop, a plant's process control, or asset management, safety or other system using any control platform). (Certification #L2‐06‐1000‐059)
IECEx Logo International IECEx (60079)
The International Electrotechnical Commission determines the suitability of electrical equipment in flammable or explosive gas atmospheres.
ISO Logo FM Logo International ISO 9001
The International Standards Organization defines quality system requirements for design/development, production, installation and servicing. It applies to manufacturing and service businesses engaged in all these activities. (Certification #990108.1)

Factory Mutual is a certification company offering ISO9000 approval, accreditation, and global conformity in the manufacture and assembly of products. (Certification #990108.1)
KEA Logo Korea KEA
The Korea Electric Association evaluates and ensures electrical safety in accordance with specific Acts and Ordinances of the Electricity Business Act.
LVD Logo European Union LVD (2006/95/EC)
The Low Voltage Directive ensures that electrical equipment within certain voltage limits both provides a high level of protection. It covers electrical equipment with a voltage between 50 and 1000 V for alternating current and between 75 and 1500 V for direct current.
MCERTS Logo European Union MCERTS (2006/95/EC)
MCERTS is the European and U.K. Environment Agency’s Monitoring Certification to ensure the quality requirements for monitoring emissions into the environment. Receiving certification for this EU Directive ensures compliance that the instrumentation is suitable for use in waste incineration and large coal-fired combustion plant applications. The CEM is proven suitable for its measuring task (parameter and composition of the flue gas) by use of the QAL 1 procedure specified in EN14181, for LCPD/IED Chapter III and IED Chapter IV applications.
NAMUR Logo International NAMUR NE43
NAMUR (an international association of process instrumentation user companies) recommends a standardized signal level for transmitter failure. The measurement information range is 3.8 to 20.5 mA, with measurements below and above that range indicating failure information.
PED Logo European Union PED (97/23/EC)
The Pressure Equipment Directive defines the design, manufacture, testing, and conformity assessment of pressure equipment and assemblies of pressure equipment. A company that meets the directive can use the CE mark.
EK Logo Korean Safety Law EK
The Korean EK mark is equivalent to the IEC standards except for the power supply (220V, 60Hz) and the type of plug.
QAL1 Logo TUV Logo European Union QAL1
QAL1 applies to ambient air and continuous emission monitoring based on Directive EN 15267, as part of supporting optimal pollution control. (Certificate #0000040211)

The approval process for Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and Automated Monitoring Systems (AMS) in Germany is administered by TUV and UBA (the Federal Environment Agency). TUV and UBA are recognized internationally due to their extensive certification process and experience. TUV/UBA adopted the European standard EN 15267 Part 3 and incorporated the German domestic requirements (BlmSchV 17: suitable for incineration plant, BlmSchV 13: suitable for large combustion plant, and BlmSchV 27 and 30: suitable for other types of plants) in developing the QAL1 standard.
